Ok here it is.The general term for a paying hand is a "Pat Hand" where this term is used,it means you should keep the hand.Discard obviously means get rid of,and when we say "draw" that means the number of new cards to have dealt to you.
1.Keep all Pat hands.
2.Four cards to a Royal Flush,discard anything else including a straight or flush = draw one card.
3.Three of a kind = draw two cards.
4.Four cards to an inside or outside straight flush = draw one card.
5.Two pairs = draw one card.
6.Pair of tens or better = draw three cards.
7.Three cards to a Royal Flush = draw two cards.
8.Four cards to a flush = draw one card.
9.Four cards to a straight with a Jack or Queen or King high = draw one card.
10.Low pair = draw three cards.
11.Three cards to an inside or outside straight flush with a Ten or a Jack high = draw two cards.
12.Four cards to a straight = draw one card.
13.Two cards to the Royal Flush with Jack,Queen or King high = draw three cards.
14.Four cards to an inside straight flush with an Ace high = draw one card.
15.Three cards to an inside or outside straight flush = draw two cards.
16.One,two or three high cards = draw four,three or two cards.
17.All other hands = draw five cards.
