Ok here it is.The general term for a paying hand is a "Pat Hand" where this term is used,it means you should keep the hand.Discard obviously means get rid of,and when we say "draw" that means the number of new cards to have dealt to you.
The first strategy is for hands that include the Joker.
1.All pat hands = stand.
2.Joker making a Four of a kind = draw one card.
3.Four cards to a Joker Royal Flush = draw one card.
4.Four cards to a Joker inside or outside straight flush = draw one card.
5.Joker making Three of a kind = draw two cards.
6.Four cards with an ace or king to a Joker flush = draw one card.
7.Three cards to a Joker Royal Flush = draw two cards.
8.Three cards to a Straight Joker Flush = draw two cards.
9.High Joker pair = draw three cards.
10.Four cards to a Joker straight = draw one card.
11.Four cards to a Joker flush = draw one card.
12.Joker with cards five through to ten = draw three cards.
13.Joker with none of the above = draw four cards.
It goes without saying,always hold the Joker.

This is the strategy for hands that do not have the Joker.

12.Four cards to an outside straight = draw one card.
13.Three cards to an inside straight flush = draw two cards.
14.Two cards to the Royal Flush = draw three cards.
15.Ace and King = draw three cards.
16.Ace or King = draw four cards.
17.Anything else = draw five cards.
