Ok here it is.The general term for a paying hand is a "Pat Hand" where this term is used,it means you should keep the hand.Discard obviously means get rid of,and when we say "draw" that means the number of new cards to have dealt to you.
The first strategy is for hands that include the Deuces.
1.All pat hands = stand.
2.Three deuces,with two poor cards = draw two cards.
3.Four of a kind with one or two deuces = draw one card.
4.Four cards to the Royal Flush with one or two deuces = draw one card.
5.Two deuces with three poor cards = draw three cards.
6.Four cards to a deuce straight flush = draw one card.
7.One deuce making Three of a kind = draw two cards.
8.Four cards to an inside or outside one deuce straight flush = draw one card.
9.Three cards to a one deuce Royal Flush = draw two cards.
10.One deuce with poor cards = draw four cards.
It goes without saying always hold the deuce.

This is the strategy for hands that do not have any deuces.

11.Two cards to the Royal Flush with a Jack or Queen high = draw three cards.
12.Four cards to an inside straight = draw one card.
13.Any other hand = draw five cards.
